Returns & Exchanges

Return authorizations will be given for damaged merchandise, flawed merchandise and double shipments only.

All return claims must be in writing and faxed to our office within ten (10) days of receiving merchandise. Please specify style number, quantity and reasons for return. Click here for address and fax number.

kumi kookoon reserves the right to determine the best course of action for all returns.

All return claims received after 10 days of receiving merchandise will be declined for return.

All returns without a valid kumi kookoon label will be declined by our receiving department.

All return claims are for merchandise credit only. No cash refunds will be issued.
